Designer Kitchens for the Coffs Region – and beyond

We love our amazing “custom” made kitchen. So much space and great for entertaining. Staff are very helpful and professional with bringing our dream kitchen together. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our decisions. Quick and professional builders and no job was too big or small. Attention to detail were perfect. If you want professional, happy, friendly and a unique touch, I highly recommend!

Really professional. We used them 4 years ago to renovate our kitchen and they did such a great job we just had them back to do the bathroom. Great attention to detail, highly competent tradies, fast and no worries. They manage every bit of the renovation so you just tell them what you’re after and then simply relax.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished product but we never doubted
that would be the case. The reason I write is to praise Lisa’s work, her
ethic and her disposition. She has worked tirelessly and without complaint.
She has had a couple of challenges and worked them through. Her
professionalism along with her attention to detail is a credit to your
company.

From beginning to end Nu Era has been a pleasure to work with. I am sure
many customers feel like this but I’m not sure we, as customers, tell you
(enough) when a job is well done (although I have no doubt we are very quick
to critisise when we are not happy).

It is a policy of mine to acknowledge when I feel a job is well done; it is
a far more effective way of ensuring it continues when people know their
efforts have been appreciated.

I would be grateful if you could ensure all involved know how pleased we

I’d like to say that I would highly recommend Nu Era.

Everyone that I’ve dealt with throughout the process has been great and easy to deal with and always turned up on time.

I would like to especially thank Kate for her patience and humour during the design process and for the end result.

I would also like to say what an asset Jason is to your company. He’s an excellent tradesman who has high standards. He was also patient when dealing with my million questions. He turned up early every day so that I could get to work on time. I also appreciated that he left the job site clean and tidy every day. And he managed to make sure that the other trades came while he was there. It’s very difficult for me to get time off from work, especially at short notice.

I look forward to working with Nu Era again in the future.
